Returns Policy

If your order arrives and there is a discrepancy, please contact Soleil Customer Service department as soon as possible using our RMA service form on our website. The form can be found by clicking here: RMA Request

Where credit is approved, they will arrange for the order to be returned and/or credits to be issued. Please do not return goods without approval/RMA# from Soleil Foodservice.

All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. It is recommended that the condition of the package be noted upon delivery. It is suggested that you retain the carton if loss is due to package damage. Garments which have been worn, laundered, altered, dry-cleaned, or discontinued are not subject to credit.
